Subject: Iceberg Merger with ADL Completed
Dear Customers,
Since the acquisition of Iceberg Technology by ADL, we have been working to
integrate the core functions of the two companies to deliver the best possible
service to our customers across Europe. Today we would like to inform you that,
from 1st November 2011, the integration will be complete, and the Iceberg
Technology business will be assigned to ADL AMERICAN DATALINE SPA, which
will be the only reference contact from that date onwards.
Full continuity of the work of Iceberg Technology SPA will be maintained, and
ADL American Dataline SPA will keep the full range of Iceberg products in distribution
and will continue to maintain relationships with existing suppliers and
customers.
Nothing will change in how we operate, nor in the people that you deal with.
This change is part of a restructuring process aimed at improving the efficiency
of the whole ADL group, and the distribution of accessories for IT and the Apple
business in Europe.
Therefore, from 1st November 2011 your supply will be handled by:

For orders in place but not shipped before 31 October, you will be contacted
by your account manager to arrange for their transfer to ADL.
There will be no change for orders and related payments that are shipped
before 31 October.
We would like to inform you that assistance problems will be attended by ADL
AMERCIAN DATALINE SPA, anyway you can find more information about that
matter on the websites www.adl.it and www.icebergtechnology.com.
